Not sure if it applies to all states, probably most though. Sealed container as in an unopened can or bottle. :fawk:

Plus it can't be "within the reach of the driver." i.e. stick it in the trunk.

I checked it out its not legal here.

In some states there is a statutory rape grace period. For example in Maryland it's four years. So that means if she's at least the age of consent (16 in this case) but under 18 then it's okay for guys up to four years older than her to bang her. Assuming she wants them to, of course.
