mlb fans ... wtf is with the yankees?
how large is their payroll? they've signed alot of players this off season already, on top of it all, they trade for big name players.

I am so sick of everyone always whining about the yankees. boo hoo they spend so much $ they always win. Look at the other teams. The owners sit around and cut payroll so they can earn more profit. they dont care about putting a consistant winner on the field. Steinbrenner cares about winning. He reinvests in the team. Yes they spend alot so what. Other teams could do it but most of the owners dont want to. Other teams do spend alot of $. Most of them dont spend wisely though. Mets, Dodgers to name a few. Boston is getting up there with the big spenders but at least they invest wisely in who they pick up.
Revenue sharing was a complete failure. the teams that get the $ to make them competitive again are pocketing the damn money
here are the Milwaukee brewers who just got a brand new stadium and they trade away their best player just to cut their payroll down to 30 million. They claim to rebuild every few years thinking the fans are going to buy it. They are just cheap.
