It's based on the 2000 census data. So it is getting past its expiration date. :chuckles: Many houses on Strawberry Point assess at more than $3M. Plus, the 94941 zip extends back into the foothills of Mt. Tam so far, there are some truly crapped-out POS houses that have been untouched since the 1930's. :eh:
