track people?

anyone here ever run track?
what are your 400m times? i've never timed myself but i have to break 50 by the end of the season..

oh yeah.. and 40m times? the fastest i've ever seen a high-schooler do is 4.4 sec!!

I ran track like 8+ years ago in 9th grade. I think i ran low 50's. :thinking:

I used to run low 4 sec 40's in baseball on the grass in cleats :eek3:.
