do i have a case?
look at this:
http://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetails...unt=4&offset=0
in particular "Plate Number 401GET"
and look at my car
the title on my car says GET, but the plates were issued as GFT.
i proly dont, but it seems like i could turn this against the issuing officer somehow.

i bet u do. they put the color of my car down as white one time...my car is black. it was just a warning ticket, but still. i was told that if they make screw ups like that u can fight it and have a stronger case...cops shouldnt mess shit up like that! and he shouldve caught it that the plates were different from the card.
call a lawyer and ask.

ive got a car i had JUST purchased with a broken speedo, it was stuck at 50. i was across three lanes of traffic when he radared me, and i was going with the speed of traffic. it was also only 65 in a 55 or 70 in a 55 i think, when most of the surrounding areas are 65 mph.

If you plead broken speedo they will probably lower the points but not the fine. I've seen people do that when I was in traffic court.

some woman tried to do that when i got nailed by the sheriff and the judge rolled his eyes and said, "i dont accept broken speedometer defenses"
