Of your choices I would go with the Cayman. I had one and I loved it. If it was me it would be between the Cayman and an Sti. I will own one or both again someday. Loved both. The Sti may have been more fun because I was less scared of messing it up.

When I finish residency I fully intend to get an STi, preferably a wagon. I think it's a good mix of fun and functionality without blowing-my-new-paycheck-wad.
