Default Should i exchange LCD with 1 dead pixel?

I bought an LCD yesterday(Hyundai).... and its got a blue spec... tiny, which im assuming is a pixel...... do u guys think i should try and exchange it or no?

My laptop has a blown pixel...it really doesnt bother me, but i might as well get it fixed with the warranty.

If it has a warranty get the focker fixed

You just bought it yesterday and it already has a blown pixel?

i have one on my lcd... it doesn't display black. but other than that its fine:happysad:

reason i ask is because ive been reading alot saying dead pixels are common and not a huge deal, especially just one... it doesnt show up at all on light colored pages, just dark.

I just dont want to go exchange it, and come to find the new one has more.......

if im not wrong, you cant fix dead pixels. you can only change the entire display

all the ones i see on newegg says warranty only for 8 pixels or more so its obviously common

try it anyway
