unless its a honda dealer.. a regular mechanic could very well believe the parts (not aftermarket) on the car are stock.. like the I/M and valve cover.. i mean why wouldnt they?? im sure there's plenty of honda techs that could be fooled... i'd put money on whoever traded the car to the dealership is the guilty one here... and the dealership got had as any ebay buyer will... (i am in NO way making right of this auction)

i was always under the impression the b16 and itr had similar/same throttle bodies
the ITR does not have a light on the spoiler
only model with no light in the glass is the GSR cuz a spoiler with led came stock on those.
on rs,gs,ls, itr, the 3rd brake light is in the glass

like i said im sure it a ITR just that it looks like some kind of theft recovery, or a modded one that was turned back to stock poorly

did you mean intake manifold? yes. but remember the ITR has a ported/polished one....you can also tell by a small detailed difference on how a Type R manifold looks vs. a B16A manifold looks.
