My HOA put a little blurb in our monthly newsletter about how "certain unnamed people" are running the 1 stop sign in our neighborhood. Mind you, this neighborhood has about 20 houses in it. Guess who that unnamed person is :rick: :chuckles:

My HOA was pissed because I was swapping an engine in front of my house and there was an engine sitting on the lawn and stuff. It was sweet. But they got pissed.

My old HOA would fine you if you did any work on your car... And NO ONE in the complex cared except for a Viet Vet across the way who HATED college students... I barely talked my way out of a $135 fine for PUTTING MY INTAKE IN :madfawk:
