My HOA put a little blurb in our monthly newsletter about how "certain unnamed people" are running the 1 stop sign in our neighborhood. Mind you, this neighborhood has about 20 houses in it. Guess who that unnamed person is :rick: :chuckles:

My old HOA would fine you if you did any work on your car... And NO ONE in the complex cared except for a Viet Vet across the way who HATED college students... I barely talked my way out of a $135 fine for PUTTING MY INTAKE IN :madfawk:
