Either the air hose, if handy...Or a quick wipe-down with a wet paper-towel. I brush them clean at each wash, and really carefully clean them when I rotate my tires.

Speaking of which, I need to do that soon.

I hear ya. I was helping my dad clean the OEM wheels on the Audi A6 2.7T, a big, fast AWD car, and the inside of the spokes and inner wheel circumference were absolutely BLACK, covered with tons of oily gorp... :ugh:. Heavy & fast cars go through pads a lot faster. h:

We'll stick with the 17" S4 replicas, thanks.
My dad can clean his own damn wheels.

I don't think the S4 wheels fit the A6. The S6 one should fit fine.

but i just say no the replica wheels.

They've been on the car for two months now, Rick. For my dad's safety, I certainly hope they fit. :chuckles: h:

I would agree with you in almost any other case, but with the bright red paint and the H&R Coilovers, it looks gorgeous. I need to "borrow" the car & snap some good pics of it.

:rick: See what you're making me do...h:

hahah I guess the replica is made to fit the A6

I know that you can't fit the oem S4 wheels on the A6/S6 and vice versa. which is why when people with Mk IV VWs want the Avus S4 wheels, they have to get S3 wheels.

and yessss pics :rick: snap some good pics yo
