You know what, it's kind of scary how many people used to be religious as children then slowly drifted once they formed their own opinion. It's like sunday church and the bunch scared off and jaded a lot of people. :happysad:
Individualism -gotta love it!

i believe there is a God. i can't explain the universe being here any other way. yes i do believe the big bang stuff but i believe that God did it. it's weird to think that what if there was just nothingness. your first thought might be to just think of a dark universe with nothing in it but that in itself would be something. i also think we have souls. think of say a dog or a desk. imagine it in your head. now while you were doing that if i were to cut into your head would i see that image? probably not. that tells me that there has to be some kind of soul/body connection and that one can't exist, the way we are accustomed to in this world, without the other.

I believe in God. There is no meaning of life without a truth to something, if u dont believe in God what do u believe in? Why are we here? Who created this whole thing we are living in? Think about it..

Quite the opposite... I have found preachers to be some of the most loving and caring people in this world. You just have to talk to them like normal people and get to know them as people instead of just shaking their hand after church and leaving.

Not to say there aren't any bad preachers (they're in the flesh, some fall) but for the most part I have found them to be devoted people of God.

if you dont have that murchielago you really wanted, go to a church and youll feel better, much better than wanting to rip out the heart of one muchielago owner and driving it back home. : )
i used to think church is stupid, time wasting places of nerds but now its a nice place to go to just relax and listen to calming songs for a mere price of whatever you want to give. yes i believe theres a god.

i've read parts of it and gone through studies based on it. it's a good book. Rick Warren has a good sense of what being a Christian should be about.

i believe there is a one true God. i also believe there are many gods. to some people, money is god. to others, sex or drugs or people around them, or themselves. but those gods are meaningless. and anyone looking for absolute positive proof that there is a God is never going to find it. that's the whole point of free will. God gives you a choice. if there was absolute proof that He existed, there wouldn't be much of a choice anymore. and He doesn't want robots or people to follow Him because they have to. He wants us to believe in Him because we want to. there won't be hard concrete proof until He comes back.

If you're somebody who wants and needs to believe in a higher power, then do it but be compassionate to those who feel differently... that is how he would want it...
