Default time travel

i just watched a thing on discovery channel that said theoretically it is possible. even Stevn Hawking couldn't disprove the theory. but to me, it makes no sense. maybe i have to learn more. but does anyone here think its possible?

its impossible... you cannot create nor destroy matter.. and appearing in a different time would do just that... create matter from nothing...

among other reasons..

no it wouldn't. You would be moving it just through time. Not actually recreating it.

you would have duplicate matter... which would mean creating matter from nothing

but you'd be moving it from one to another. so it would be removed from one then made in another. It's not really being created.

Ya know... we could argue about this all day... but we can agree that right now we can't do it. Maybe in the future, but right now we can't. :blue:
