driving impression of mazda protege
my friend's car is in the body shop and she got a rental. a regular mazda protege. it has 5000 miles on the odo. i drove the car for a few minutes. it handles ok. its nice for local driving. it lacks power and the delay of the automatic is dreadful:eek3:
but its a good car roomy for its price/class

hahha i like the way you put the hadling as ok
nice for local driving = it drives nice when you don't have to turn?

My friend has a Protege 5, the big wagon version. I like it, roomu and drives fine. Has about as much power as a Civic EX, maybe a little more torque but that's cancelled out by the weight. Some aftermarket for it, but not a lot. He's happy but he's going to be paying for it for a while.

I drove a protege 5. I liked the suspension on it, stiff but still kind of soft yet comfortable. It's stock so you can't really expect a super stiff race suspension
h: but body roll was decently minimal.
