Why not just buy something like a used Accord or Camry that won't break down while saving up for your 35k car

I needed something now and I only paid 1000 for it and its in mint condition. High miles thoughh:

things you will have to replace soon.

Ball Joints
Axles
Rotors and pads
fuel pump
struts (shocks whatever you wanna call em today)
at least one of the door locks (possibly trunk lock)
AC unit
