The Diamante is a very nice car, I'll bet the blue is a darkish navy...sounds good. So long as the car is well maintained and not mercilessly beat on, the V6 in that car is a strong, durable motor. Sounds like you're making out quite nicely in the long-run.

When I had to sell Amana, my first car- at a loss- I was devastated; I can sympathise with how you must be feeling.. .:happysad:
Still, getting out of debt will be such a relief; I've had a number of friends get into and out of similar situations.

That's very cool of your sister. I know you will miss the civic but for a free car the Diamante is very cool. It is a pimp car and has lots of creature comforts that you didn't have in your civic. I could see not talking the deal if it was a Mirage or something but a Diamante is a big step up from a civic. It may have reliability isuues but they shouldn't be too bad.

Actually... it's *cringe* a metalic light blue. But..... but.. that's okay... paint jobs happen, right? Right.

I took her for a test drive today... and, being used to the Civic... I screeched the tires as I stepped on the gas. :chuckles:

But.. yeah.. the break in car payment will be VERY nice. For a Civic.. the payment is very steep.. so.. this is good.

Yeah.. it is a huge step up. And she seems to run well... My brother-in-law is getting me Roters for Christmas.. so we're going to do the breaks this weekend. Then, after I sell the Civic.. I'll pay for a timing belt and tune up. The steering is a little looser then the Civic... but it's deffinatly a pimp car. I'll be BlingBlinging it out. :hahano:

Nah.. the only issue I have is the color.. but like I said... that can be changed.

shoot, I'd take the mitsu for free. My sister wouldn't drop her old accord on me to help me outta the debt I'm in. That's cool of your sis, though. Very tough to look a gifthorse in the mouth.

As long as chrome stays at a minimal level, things should be fine.. h: *Adriatic Blue Pearl would look great on that car....*

And I'm sure the tire screeching was entirely accidental....:rick: :chuckles: lol
