the arcade me an my friends always go to to play initial d switched over to a debit card type system for the games. one card has like 250 points on it, and the initial d game needs 400 or so points. thats almost $2 for one game! :squint: now we have to find a new place to go. :wtc:

That sucks. I spent 8 hours playing that game all day at palace park in irvine california when I visted. Seriously is addicting. I came back two days later to play for 5 hours. h:

i forsee that place losing tons of customers. its a bowling alley/arcade combo, and the bowling alley is filled with old people of course. :chuckles: every friday night the arcade is packed with people waiting in line for initial d, now that this has happened, i doubt the lines will be as long.

:doh: I forgot. I used to live there back in 99-00. Lived by "Big Corona" off of margurite and PCH. I miss that place bad thinking of it. . Sucks cuz one of my best friends moved away and one I barely talk to.
