if you are carrying no more than 200rnds, or a hopper full, don't waste it.....don't do the typically noob and spray at everything that moves, conserve your ammo..............

move as much as possible, never say at one place for an extend period of time....... easier to get bunkered...

shoot at what you can hit, don't shoot at something 300 yrds away, even if it's a wide open field...... trajectory is hard to figure out.....not really, just a waste of balls...

and most of all, learn the basics, and have some fun....

i'll be playing tomorrow as well.....should be fun, haven't played in like 2 yrs...

I've played and I wear jeans, sweatshirt and camo. I also wear knee and elbow pads under the camo. It'll save your joints when crouching and crawling. Since this is a first, you are def going to be spraying at everything, just take it ez and move a lot. Dont stay in one place too long. Have lots of fun. You'll go home tired and in the AM you may be sore!

I'm back, and it was fun. We went thru 3 cases of ammo, bout 6k rounds between 5 of us. I got hit in the neck twice no protection no mark and they bounced off, hit in the back of the ear...that stung, hit in the middle finger nail as I poked the gun around a wall to fire...that hurt more, hit in the cheek...dude shot me from behind it bounced off my cheek splattered in my mask and I got to taste the paint...not on my favorite meal list and it left a couple broken vessels on my cheek, hit in the inside of the knee and that's still sore. I shot down about 5-7 people that I saw the paint burst. I was using a tippman 98 custom and 24oz tank, could've used a longer barrel as the 8" was far from accurate.

We went to squirmish in PA, fun but too expensive and I think all the ref's are dope heads...actually I think this applies to everyone working there.

I learned I want to buy my own gun w/ at least burst fire and a 12-14" barrel, a 24oz tank w/ waist belt and remote line. Some kind of neck protection, gloves, and a skully. Other than that I was all good

Next time we're just gonna get 10-15 ppl and play at my cousins house in phillipsburg, he has 10 acre's of land on his property and his parents don't mind if we use the wooded area for paintball

glad to hear you had fun. you'll like woodsball so much more...number one it's FREE, and number two, paint is half the price of what they charge in the arenas. i've heard skirmish was alot of fun, but never got the chance to roll up there and play. they have lots of scenario fields which is nice. i currently use a tippman m98 custom and it has never failed me once in my 2 and half years of use.
