i was up at the register with my coworkers today and this guy comes up to the side of it. i walked over and asked him if he needed help with anything. he waved his hands in the air as if he was trying to say "i don't know." i asked him "are you sure?" because it was weird that he came up there and was standing there looking at me if he didn't need anything. but then he made some other weird motions, so i thought he was deaf (i have a couple deaf customers).

here's where it gets weirder:
i grabbed a pen and paper so he could write down what he wanted (i have to do that a lot), but when i went to hand it to him he grabbed my hand and pulls me away from the register to the other side of the store. then he tells me (apparantly he's not deaf or mute) "i'm going to embarrass you" or something like that, i guess because my cheeks are red (they were red because i wanted to hit him, not because i'm embarassed). then he looks over and says, "oh, nevermind, i found it. i was looking for the audio section."

my boss tells me he comes in every once in a while and always does something weird. and since we haven't moved the audio section in years i doubt he needed my help. besides, why the fuck would he have to pull me all the way across the store just to ask me where the hell audio was.

I used to work at a mall full of weirds and child molesters. There was such a problem with guys having gay sex in the bathroom stalls and molesting children that they removed the doors on the stalls so no one could hide. :ugh: I'm glad I quit that place.
