Default question about salvaged car?

What do you guys think...as you know my car was wrecked and insurance will total it. They said it has alot of frame damage..i dont have pictures yet bit hopefully will soon. My mom's friend said he can fix it for 2k, he said the frame was not damaged. Do you guys think i should fix it and sell it? that way i dont loose much money and can make some atleast...after i put it back to stock though. any suggestions?

you could, but dont try to sell for anymore than 40% of its wholesale value... which unforutately is lower then what you'll pay fixing it.. and thats how you value a car with a salvaged/rebuilt title..

i mean do you think someone would pay 3000-3500 for the car? with the nice paint and even rims!? some ricer? i just wanna know if its even worth it...since i'll be stripping it either way...and then buying it back from the insurance to have time to strip it with whati need. damn i gotta think about this.

Just take the check and use it on something else, I wouldn't even bother, that salvaged title will make doing all that not worth it.
