looking for apts... 2bd/1bth for 395!!!

.... with some paid utils.. me and dyl are checking it out asap.. i emailed them along with 6 or so other places that were studios only for that price... if this is for real we're set

my parents 6bd 4bt 4500sq ft house is 2100/mos mortage.. 220k total.. yer throwin yer money away bigi time..

that's actually the average around here...

it's only expensive because im living near campus, at the center of LA, where rent is extremely extremely high.
