agressive girls...by which i mean girls that ask YOU out or make the first move?
is agressive bad?

too much of anything is bad, i suppose. but i wouldnt really care if a girl asked me out or made the first move. thats just less i have to do.

If she was reasonably attractive but I didn't like her personality then I would probably take advantage of her until she got too annoying.
