It seemed just like yesterday you said hello to the 13's.

I must not have been paying attention. :add:

Why are you selling it?

Moving on to the next project.

I am moving into a Jeep project right now so I liquidate the old and work on the new

I am actually selling all of my vehicles except the Jeep and probably going to pick up a truck to tow the Jeep with.

I picked up a 76 Wagoneer.

Its already got a bit of work done too it but it has a ways to go yet.

Plans:
Swap engine to Chevy 327
Front end to a Dana 60 with 410 gears possibly switch to 512 gears all around though.
Tires...these have about had it.
Suspension improvements....articulation isn't quite where I want it.

Basically its gonna be a monster that can actually go off road.

That does sound like fun. From what I can tell you had a goal with the Accord... does this one have a goal?

Are you going to be using it for rock climbing and things? I had a roomate in college that was quite into that, didn't like it when he kept his spare tires in the living room.

I'm gonna start building my 89 cherokee for off-road use. At least a 4.5" lift, all new suspension, 32" tire's...prob 4.10 gears, gonna change out the d35 rear to either a d44 or chryco 8.25, whatever one I find in the junkyard first w/ the correct spline count.

Currently I'm just fixing all the lil quirks the car has, and adding some creature comforts.

Yeah it will be a combo machine really...I am going to gear it towards rock crawling but try not to drop the gearing so low I can't still go mudding...cuz I do love mudding, but rock crawling is much more a challenge and skill.

Here is my Wagoneer at the mud pits.

And the Jeep by itself:

Nice...I am running 4" suspension lift and 3" body lift to fit the 36" Swamper TSLs under it.

Why the 8.25?

I may have a pair of D44s going up for sale or I would be glad to trade both front and rear D44 with 308 gears for a single D60 front with 410 gearing
