when i click the scroll bar.. it scrolls twice
so i click where the arrow is.. and it clicks twice down.. i dont get it, its pretty annoying
anyone know how i can fix this

what if you just click once JUST below where the bottom of the bar is? same thing?

it scrolls down until the actual scrollbar is where the mouse is.

how do you want it to be? that's how ie has always been. in fact, that's how ever window in windows has always been.
