You die alone, without a single person to give a damn about you. Your last moment is spent trying to reach for a phone that has long since been disconnected, you lie there and you die very slowly. No one finds you because no one knows you. Your body rots there, just food for the maggots that come live with you. In the end you are nothing but a pile of dust.

I think the worst way to die would be like axe said, having nobody

 

Sadly my grandfather from my father's side died that way. No one knew he was dead until the stench took over.
