Default Router question

My darn Linksys router has been acting like a kid of late. Essentially I can't connect to the net anymore via the router. I keep /release /renew and it works sometimes and other times it just sits there mocking me. I reset the router and that didn't help much either. I can connect directly via the cable modem that Adelphia gave me but for some reason the router just doesn't wanna work. It lights up fine, I don't see DIAG led flashing which would indicate the router is toast.

Anyone got any suggestions?

no, but its next to nothing to build a computer with enough resources to handle the OS. I've got Server 2003 on a Slot A Athlon at 750mhz

cool, let me know how it goes. I have the Linksys 4.7 G system with 4 computers on it and 3 of them being wireless. They kept on losing their connection every few minutes and then it wound up losing it every few seconds. I shut it all down and let it rest for a 1/2 hr and it has been perfect.

you have Adelphia too? And you have a Linksys router too? What a coinicidence, me too! My service drops like 5 times a day...i don't know if its the router or the modem.

Usually all i do is the unplug and rest method.
