well here in LA, people freak out when it rains, even just a little. shoot the traffic is bad when it doesnt rain, but add a whole lot of rain, a whole lot of lightning, and a whole lot of cars, you'll get 2.5 hours to get to school (which is normally only a 30 minute cruise or so).
