Every single time it's about someone disappearing for one reason or another and the cops trying to track them down. Doesn't this strike you as a very limited concept to make a tv series out of? I mean you can have someone get kidnapped, or they can run away, or they can run away and fake getting kidnapped, or yeah that's about it. How can they keep producing the show without doing the same thing over and over again? Or does it not matter because nobody watches the show anyway?
