seems like everyone on here is an employee.. (read: work rants, complaining).

if you run your own business, what do you do, how did you get into it. what are your long-term/short-term goals and where do you see yourself going

if you dont, why? is it a matter of not having the ability to take a gamble in a business. other factors..
