Default So did Microsoft get hacked?

I just got an email from:

Microsoft [security@microsoft.com]

Title:

Use this patch immediately !

Containing these contents:

Dear friend , use this Internet Explorer patch now!
There are dangerous virus in the Internet now!
More than 500.000 already infected!

Of course Outlook is also telling me "Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachements: patch.exe.

they spoofed the return from address... not that difficult to do. I think the MSblast virus and spammers can do it pretty easily.
