I'd rather pay out 1/2/3 and best reg season record instead of 1/2 of playoffs and post season. But with 8 players then you're paying out 4 spots. Just too many payout spots for that small of a league.

i have problems with the venmo, any other payment options?

and I think 10 man is perfect, 12 is tough, but doable. 8 is too easy

Why's that? Paypal, but you would need to include appropriate overage to cover fees.

It all depends on how many people we get. We only have 7 verbal commitments and we haven't even started requesting payment.
