I just got my bloodwork done for my new insurance. High triglycerides. 
I'm not surprised, I eat like a human trash compactor, but I also hit the gym pretty hard and run twice a week. I knew the day would come when I would have to clean up my diet, but I was hoping it would be a little later in lifeh:

yeah. I was kidding. I got my first kid on the way. need to clean up my diet (I too, eat like a human trash compactor). that's the most important and most difficult part of being healthy, at least for me.
