I like Slackware. :thumbup:

It's not as user friendly as say Redhat, Mandrake or even SUSE. But it has it's advantages.

7.3 and up

I have a love hate relationship with 7.2. mostly I love to hate rh7.2 and below.

I'm d/ling Mandrake 9.2 right now... haven't played with Linux since Redhat 5 on my ancient 4x86 sx33...

I think it was about 8 years ago...

it better have USB support, that's all I'm hoping for right now...

it better have USB support, that's all I'm hoping for right now...

I don't remember which kernel but I know RH7.3 had usb support. I'm pretty sure it was 2.4.x kernel? or maybe a few before that had usb support.
