i never said it couldn't be on road. both me and puffy are pointing out that you could not do it legally.
i know people that can do cetain cars but that costs $$$$ + lots of time + knowing the right people = not worth it.
getting it here is not a problem at all. have it shipped to a port. customs will clear it without too much problem, then have it trucked to your place. that's the easy part.
