my brunch was rice and beans mixed together (cassamiento) and some chp and eggs which consist of corn tortillas in lil pieces friend to a toasty light brown color then added 2 eggs and mixed...and ate taht with sour cream...mmmmmm..
no school for me = good lunch/brunch!
