Got a midnight purple one from Cowboom in great condition with a 1 year warranty/free return period for $108 shipped. I'm happy.
Only downside is that it's going to be 7-10 business days and I'm very impatient. Amazon prime has greatly spoiled me. With the money saved on the console I intend to have the following games at the ready when it arrives:
-Super Mario Bros 2
-Donkey Kong
-Zelda
-Super Mario 3D land
And a handful of others on my wish list after it arrives.

you seem to be the kind that would appreciate this. I got target to price match Fry's online listing of a regular 3ds for $99. Posted it on reddit and about a dozen more 3ds were had for 99.
