so ive been keeping a log of the disturbances he have cause. also i have on tape, two instances in which he was banging on the wall.

so we had our board meeting today and he came up. i just found out he came out of prison before he moved into the unit, he belongs to some black something something gang (whom are notorious in prison), he threatened to kill one of our neighbors, and hes been going crazy with the banging these past 2 nights.

it turns out he didnt go into prison blind, something happened in prison which caused him to lose his vision. then the state bought blindy the unit he is living in. the state actually went around notifying everyone that he is going to be living here before he moved in. either this was before we moved in, or just that i was too young to remember it.
