an argument over the latest honda recall put us to the direction of the appropriate way to park:

eh... w/ auto's i don't really use the e-brake, but w/ sticks i tend to. as one should, a few days ago i was driving through the school parking lot (going to park... what a concept) and there was a car sitting sideways in one of the isles. on closer inspection i noticed that there was nobody inside the car. so i put my truck into park (no ebrake) and walke over to this car... look in and it's a manual in neutral w/ the ebrake off.

so like the good samaritin i am i push the car back into the space it was in. now as soon as i let go of the car it immediately starts to roll back. so i think to myself, how could this person not have noticed that their car was going to roll back? i take a look inside the car again and notice a "hello kitty"... something or other card on the dashboard with a bunch of chinese symbols on it, and some hair ties laying around in the car.... so it's self evident. female asian driver.

so i put a bottle behind the rear tire and leave a note on the windshield. "next time either put your car into gear when you park it, or put the f***ing ebrake on."

and i'm spent

I never really listen to people that have "420" or "69" in their screennames.
