Not to burst your bubble, but for the forseeable future, Caterham will not be selling anything in the States, owing to a lapse in product liabilty insurance coverage.
I was looking to buy a rolling shell from them when I got the news, about two months ago.

how about a megabusa?
there were three of those at elkhart last time i went. remaned lotus super sevens, i cant tell caterhams or megabusas or S7's apart.
