Default bov

I wasn't sure where I should post this, so I decided here would be good. I've been really bored and was watcing some car videos of mine that I have. And a few of them were of some Supra's and I noticed the difference in bov sounds. This is prolly a stupid question but I'm curious, why is it some bov's have a sort of flutter to them while others have a loud ppssshh(only way i know how to describe it). Anyways I was just curious because I think the flutter sounds very sweet. I was thinking maybe large amounts of boost creates the different sound maybe? I'm sure I'm probably wrong though.

I think it's just dependant on the BOV manufacturer and how much boost is being run. Not sure, I'm not too familiar with FI. :happysad:

im not BOV expert...but the amount of boost and the design of the BOV probably creates the different sounds. :dunno:

ive never heard a honda make that fluttering sound you hear on bigger engines sometimes.

Depends on the amount of boost.
Also, it might be the wastegate...I think that makes a sort of "fluttery" noise. :dunno:

Ok well hopefully this works. Theres one point at about 50 seconds in the video where you can really hear what I'm talking about. Hope this works.
