Thats a good question. I believe that its if you are in the passenger seat and your 18 and over you have the choice. But if your under 18 you are required to wear your seat belt in the car at all times. Really though, why wouldn't you want to wear your sealt belt? :dunno: Its there to protect you. :slap:
