Default I may be gertting a new ride tomorrow
After the searching and hunting and more i may have been steered in the right direction thanks to Superman I owe you one if this works out.

Anyways heres the run down on it.

76 Jeep Wagoneer
AMC 360 engine
T400 tranny
T18 transfer case
Dana 60 front (open Diff)
Dana 44 rear (has spare 44 for front and is included)
410 gearing
4" suspension lift
3" body lift
Heat and AC both work
36x12.5x15 tires (forgot to ask what kind)

Exterior is rough but not horrible (who cares really), passes DEQ, expired tags (no problem)

Gonna go take a look at it on Thursday around 3pm so I will know for sure then.
