The car is NOT worth 39k at all...that what they were going for when they were first released when the dealers were adding 10k to the msrp and trying to make bank off of them.

The car won at aution was a "one of a kind evo" in dash tv, racing seats, LCD's in the headrests. with 210 miles on the car they claimed it sold. car still on lot nothing on carfax about title changing hands so they are full of :bs: Now they offer him a stock EVO for 26,800 plus applicable fees The dealership knows they screwed up now they are trying to fix it

I will read more of the thread and keep everyone informed

It's true.

MARK MITSUBISHI offered me the same ebay EVO at the final auction price.

Many of you knew of MARK MITSUBISHI's offer before I did since I was at work.

I was informed that the car was not titled and the full factory warranty would be in effect.

The finance manager did not know the exact mileage, but he informed me that the car remained at MARK MITSUBISHI after the auction.

The dealer is researching tax issues for a out of state sale.

This thread is amazing. Thanks to all.
