it holds 24 cds and has 2 flat panel speakers built in (3 AA's required). i got one this weekend and the sound quality is pretty damn good. if you have a portable cd player, you have a potential boom box anywhere you go.

they have a smaller, 1 speaker design (pictured to the right) that would make a great stocking stuffer.
