Yeah I guess if each bedroom has its own bathroom then not too many people are gonna be walking in while someone else is in the shower. Still, let's say like one person needs to borrow some advil from someone else's medicine cabinet, and the person with the advil just happens to be in the shower. Eh whatever.

nice rick, so you are thinking of moving in that area? that is a sweet as house what was the actual asking price if i may ask? thats a damn beautiful house and 4 car garage is just like WOW your own personal shop on one side, cars parked on the other.

they were up to 1.3M for that house. the first time we saw it about 6-8months ago, it was 900K
