Workout Crew Help #046
It's me again.
What foods are good to eat if you want to gain lots of weight? I know Mcdonalds and such but I don't want to destroy my arteries.
Chicken?
I can only take one shake a day so that's almost 800 calories. They taste horrible and I can't drink more.

chicken is good. or basically any meat. dont need to be too picky on fat content cause you are bulking. but the key is to eat, eat, eat
and shakes should taste good if you use a blender. just down it though. i dont even think about the taste anymore.

i recommend carbs like a never-ending pasta bowl.
carbs = sugar = fat(eventually)
so eat pasta and drink lots of soda and sweets.
i need to do the opposite cause im a fatass h:

Carbs are the easiest thing for your body to metabolize, so when you eat them they either get converted into energy right away or stored up as fat. They will not really help you put on muscle.
The best thing to eat if you're trying to bulk up is tuna with no mayo on it. Eat a can or two before you lift and you'll get nice and swoll.
