an addition to HAN cribs...
.. :woowoo: my mom closed a deal on a duplex earlier today
before you guys [rick,blake] say "thats your moms house, dont act like its yours" i know its not my house, but i'm just happy that my mom got it and i have to post about it
and yea, my mom did register on han before to look at a thread in the auto news and rumors forum
but anyways, this place is huge. or maybe its just me, cause its bigger than anywhere i lived or anywhere my friends live. it is very well maintained and the kitchens = teh
they got a modern look to them, and they are big. Its in a nice neighborhood too
and no, the closing cost wasnt anywhere near the asking price:deek:

a space thats at least 12' deep * 6' wide , or may be a lil bigger:dunno: then there's 2 parking spots.
