Like the last "high speed" chase on TV they said that the guy stole the car. but, they said that he wont get covicited of stolen car because they would have to PROVE that he wasnt going to return the car.
The most he will get is driving he car without owners permission.
In other words. you can steal a car. and keep it for however long you want. as long as you return it sometime. then ally ou will get is borrowing the car without permission. which is a misdeminer(sp)
Man Cali has some fawked up laws.

I was busted within an hour of "borrowing" a car and was convicted without a shred of doubt. so how did they know I didn't plan on returning the car?
I never said once that I had stole it....I stuck to the story that I had borrowed it until the day I got off parole.
You need to check your stories a bit before you post them because that is the biggest load of crap ever to be posted.
Oh and my offense happened in Cali.

All I am saying is what the Cali local news reporter said about a week or so agao when they had that car chase.
BTW I just found this...http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/lov/lovd4.htm
M/F 10851(a) Auto theft, permanently or temporarily deprive owner of possession.

Ok, well back on topic. Sounds like the guy either missed a shift or did a 3-2 instead of a 3-4, freaked out and slammed the clutch and brake at the same time. He then lost control because of the crappy tires he admitted to having in the rear plus sudden weight transfer. :slap:

that guy had no idea what he was doing. he was looking at the freaking tach before he mis shifted.
and driving with one hand since he had his hand on the shifter.
but anyways inexperienced driver with questionable repair with questionable parts = trouble
and from his posts he didn't learn a damn thing.
the way he paniced when he lost control, he was just along for the ride and couldn't have saved it anyways.
expericed drivers (I don't mean just driving on the street) will be too busy trying to get the car under control to be talking or calling his god for help.

I'm sorry this is quite funny. I burst out laughing. I mean, does he really think he's going to get away from the cops even if they were called? He drives a Teg, not one of them there heliochopters. He obviously couldn't drive because he was on the left side of the road in the beginning. He's this stupid, yet he's worried about his wheels, tires, and his rocker panel? He needs his mom to follow him around and slap him.
