Default help with home stereo system!!

ok ive had this home stereo system for like 3 years already and its been fukked up for 2 h:!! so i got tired of it sitting there and decided to fix it!! its made up of the following components:

Stereo Power Amp model # M-790
Stereo Tuner Control Amplifier model # CX790
Stereo Double Cassette Deck model # CT-W770
Multi Play CD Player model # PD-M403

i have no clue where i can get this fixed!! it had a 4 year warranty from Montgomery Ward but this store has long since filed for Bankrupcy and is no longer open!! and the warranty is past due!! someone plz help meH!!

i took the Stereo Power Amplifier apart and the only thing i found odd was that these things were fried!! and i dont have a clue as to what they are!!

It's a transistor.

If your repair fails, you can always buy my Sony reciever and 5 disc changer for $300

sorry but my 6disc cd player and the tape deck and tuner work fine!! its just the amp/reciever that has these "transistors" burnt!! do you have any idea on where to get them?? i melted the solder on them to get them out i figure i can solder them back on if thats the prob!!

It'd prolly be tought trying to find em at Radio Shack, but it's worth a shot. You'd prolly have better luck at your local mom/pop electronics store, be prepared though, some of em run upwards of $10ea.

When you solder em in, make sure you get a nice fluid joint both on top and bottom of the board
