Processor running at 100mhz fsb not 133

why is it doing this? I installed the new heatsink and 80mm fan and now my 1800 athlon xp pro is running at 1150mhz.

I think the MB pro temp sensor is shot, maybe the MB, maybe the pro...maybe it's just time I get away from pc's:happysad:

Have you read the manual and looked for jumpers? btw, my 1700xp is running as 2000xp. ownage
